Although born in Brooklyn, New York, she was raised in the Los Angeles area, attended UCLA and Southwestern University where she was Senior editor of Law Review and graduated Cum Laude. As an attorney she is experienced in handling complex family law matters and volunteers her time to serve as a Judge Pro Tem and Daily Settlement Officer mediating cases in Los Angeles and Van Nuys.
